Fitness Programs
Our Fitness Programs are run by Coach Kat Riley who is a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Whether you train with her Online or In-Person at Five Crow, her goal is to find the right fit for you. Her programing is focused on promoting active longevity for clients of all ages and capabilities. We aim to help our clients feel better and perform better in their hobbies and daily lives.
Five Crow offers a variety of fitness equipment allowing clients to train around their unique body types and abilities. All sessions are directly supervised by Coach Kat so that you will know exactly what to do and how to do it safely.
- Our Basic Program includes up to three semi-private training sessions per week with a focus on developing general strength and cardiovascular fitness.
- Our Complete Program includes up to six semi-private training sessions per week, and personalized programming to work on your specific goals.
- Coach Kat’s Online and Hybrid Coaching Programs allow for you to train with her remotely for those with busy schedules or across the country.
